Collection:

The first step of our closed loop recycling system involves collecting broken/damaged goods from your Location. We collect free of charge. This is then delivered to our Factory and Processing centre.

Manufacturing:

After processing, the materials are used to manufacture new products. In a closed recycling loop, it’s crucial that the manufacturing process is designed to use recycled materials as feedstock. This integration of recycled materials helps to reduce the dependence on virgin resources.

Distribution and Use:

The newly manufactured products are distributed and used like any other products in the market. They will be delivered as normal to your distribution centre

Processing:

Once collected, the recyclable materials undergo processing to remove contaminants, sort them into specific groups based on material type. Processing involves shredding and chipping into a usable pellet which can be fed back into our machines and then moulded into certain product types.

End-of-life Management:

When these products reach the end of their life cycle, they are collected once again, completing the loop. The materials are then sent back to the recycling facility to undergo the same process.
