03 / Questions

Frequently asked questions.

01

What should I send with a quote request?

A drawing or CAD file is ideal, but a photo of a sample or a sketch is enough to start. Add the material if you know it, the volumes you expect and when you need parts.

02

Who reviews my enquiry?

Every enquiry is reviewed by one of our engineers, who checks the part for moulding and tooling before we price it.

03

Can you quote for a tool I already own?

Yes. We can take on an existing tool from another moulder and quote for production from it, so you do not have to start again.

04

Do I need to know which material to use?

No. Tell us how the part will be used and we will recommend a polymer. We mainly mould PC, PP, GPPS, ABS and nylon.
