Plastic product Design and prototype
From a sketch or CAD file to a prototype you can hold, before any tool is made.
01 / Overview
Test the idea early.
Product success starts with great design. We invest time in product design from the outset, refining every detail to improve performance, simplify manufacture and, wherever possible, reduce the overall cost of production.
Start from a drawing, a CAD file or just an idea. We consider every aspect of the project, from material selection and wall thicknesses to material properties and manufacturing requirements. Dealing with these early helps avoid production delays and rework, and gives you a part that is efficient and cost effective to make.

02 / Capabilities
What we offer.
Design
Parts designed for manufacture, with material chosen to suit how they are used.
Refine
Changes that make a part stronger, simpler or easier to produce.
Prototype
Prototype parts to test fit and function before production tooling.

04 / Questions
Frequently asked questions.
01What do I need to get started?
A drawing, a CAD file or just an idea. We will take it from there.
02Can you make prototypes before the production tool?
Yes. We supply prototype parts so you can test fit and function before committing to tooling.
03Why involve a moulder at the design stage?
Wall thickness, material and small features drive tooling cost and part quality. Getting them right early avoids delays and rework later.
