Injection mould Tool manufacture
New tools built for your part, or the tool you already have, back in production in Aylesbury.
01 / Overview
The right tool, first time.
Every moulded part starts with the tool. We advise on tool design and the best tooling option for your part, volumes and budget, then the production tool is designed, built and trialled before volume production starts.
Already have a tool with another supplier? We can take it on and get your parts back into production at our Aylesbury factory.

04 / Questions
Frequently asked questions.
01How long does it take to produce a new mould tool?
It depends on the size and complexity of the part and the tool. Your quote sets out the tooling lead time.
02Can you take over a tool from another moulder?
Yes. We check and trial existing tools, then get them back into production at our Aylesbury factory.
03Are new tools trialled before production?
Yes. Every new tool is sampled and trialled before volume production starts, so any changes happen before you commit to a full run.
04Can you advise on the type of tool I need?
Yes. We recommend the tooling option that suits your part, your volumes and your budget.
