05 / Questions

Frequently asked questions.

Which airline products do you make?

Trolley trays, galley drawers and inserts, meal trays and bins, among others. We have supplied the largest UK carriers for over 30 years.

Can you match an existing tray or drawer?

Yes. Send a sample or drawing and an engineer will review it. If a tool already exists with another supplier, we can take it on.

Can you keep parts light without losing strength?

Yes. We advise on material and wall thickness so parts stay light and still survive daily service.

Are you ISO 9001 certified?

Yes. Ertone is ISO 9001 certified. The certificate is on the downloads page.
