03 / Questions
Frequently asked questions.
01Can Ertone look after a part from design to delivery?
Yes. Design advice, tooling, moulding, printing, welding, assembly and packing all happen at our Aylesbury factory, so one team looks after your part throughout.
02What materials can Ertone injection mould?
Mainly polycarbonate (PC), polypropylene (PP), polystyrene (GPPS), ABS and nylon (PA), including high quality clear parts. Tell us how the part will be used and we will recommend the right polymer.
03What size components can you produce?
Parts from 1 gram up to 4 kilograms, on presses from 100 to 600 tonnes. That covers small precision components through to large structural mouldings.
04Do you offer vacuum forming?
Yes, as an additional service alongside injection moulding. It suits large, lightweight trays, covers and housings in short or medium runs.
